This website does not take payment. There is no shopping cart or checkout. Merch, prints, paintings, stubby coolers, artist merchandise and gift vouchers are enquiry or pre-order only.
How an order is arranged
If you enquire about an item, River Fire Tattoo will confirm the price, whether it is available, whether you will pick it up from 15A / 121 Wyee Road, Wyee NSW 2259 or have it sent, any shipping cost, and the expected timing before you pay. Those details are agreed with you directly. This page does not set a standard postage time or shipping fee.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong
Contact River Fire Tattoo at riverfiretattoo@gmail.com and tell us what happened. Include your name and what you ordered so we can look into it. We will work with you on a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy that fits the situation and the law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this page. We do not exclude those rights. This page does not offer a separate change-of-mind returns policy.
