This page explains how River Fire Tattoo handles personal information submitted through this website. River Fire Tattoo is a tattoo studio at 15A / 121 Wyee Road, Wyee NSW 2259, Australia. You can contact us at riverfiretattoo@gmail.com.
Information you submit through enquiry forms
Our tattoo, contact, merch and gift-voucher forms ask for your name, email address and message. Depending on the form, you may also choose to give a phone number, Instagram handle, preferred artist, placement, product details, voucher type, amount, recipient name and sender name. We only receive what you type into those fields and send.
Why we collect it
We use that information to read your enquiry, reply to you, and follow up about tattoos, merchandise, gift vouchers or other questions you have asked. We do not use website enquiry details to run an automated mailing list, and this site does not have an online checkout.
How messages are delivered
When automatic email delivery is switched on, the website sends the enquiry through Resend, an email delivery service, to riverfiretattoo@gmail.com. Your email address is included as the reply address so we can write back to you. If automatic delivery is not connected, the website opens a draft in your own mail app instead, addressed to riverfiretattoo@gmail.com, and the message is sent only if you send that draft.
Other ways you might contact us
If you email us directly, or message River Fire Tattoo on Instagram or Facebook, those services handle that conversation under their own terms. This website does not collect a password, payment card, or account login.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold from a website enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to riverfiretattoo@gmail.com and include enough detail for us to find the enquiry. We will respond by email.
